Students Can Receive Financial Aid Refunds in Three Ways

OCC students can receive their financial aid refunds in three different ways. Students are encouraged to make a selection through their Online Services account at Ways To Receive a Refund

The following options are available:

Direct Deposit

Students selecting this option will receive a refund as an e-check with funds deposited to a personal checking or savings account. Click on “Direct Deposit FAQs” on Online Services for additional information. Funds are available in 1-2 business days.

Enhanced Raider One Card (with the U.S. Bank Prepaid Debit MasterCard® feature)

Activating the U.S. Bank Prepaid Debit MasterCard® feature of the Enhanced Raider One Card gives students the opportunity to receive their refund onto their student ID card. In most cases, funds are available the same day.

Paper Check

If a student does not select direct deposit or to activate the U.S. Bank Prepaid Debit MasterCard® feature, they will receive a paper check to the address on file with Enrollment Services. It takes 3-5 business days for a receipt of a paper check.
