Check out a Human, Get a Henna Tattoo, at the Diversity and Inclusion Fair

BR60913489HLDiversityFairv3 (2)Join the Highland Lakes Campus Diversity and Inclusion Fair  noon to 5 p.m., Thursday, April 2 at the Highland Lakes Campus, Student Center Arena.

The fair includes the following events:

* “Check-out” a human book (volunteer) who will answer questions and share personal stories on cancer, sexual orientation, different religions, Alzheimer’s and more.

* Get a free temporary tattoo from a Henna artist.

* For a donation of $5, enjoy a bowl of soup, bread and a refreshment. Following the meal, select a handcrafted ceramic bowl made by an OCC student. Your donation will benefit the Open Door Pantry.

* Enjoy student exhibits on nursing, nutrition, and dental hygiene care around the world.
